How do you verify members are women?

When you join, you'll take a live selfie using your camera and upload a form of government ID, drivers licence, passport. A real member of our team reviews every submission personally, no bots, no automation. Once verified, your access opens up fully.

What happens to my ID after verification?

Your ID and selfie are permanently deleted from our system the moment verification is complete. We never store, share, or use your documents for any other purpose. Your privacy matters to us deeply.

Is my location always visible to others?

No. You appear on the sisters map as an anonymous flower icon only. No name, no photo, no personal details, unless you choose to connect with someone as a friend on Pro. You are always in control of your visibility and can turn it off entirely in your profile settings.

What happens when I raise a Sister Signal?

When you tap the Sister Signal, nearby sisters who have notifications enabled are quietly notified that someone in the area needs help. No details are shared, just that a sister is nearby and needs support. It is discreet, fast, and free for every member always.

Can men access or see the app?

No. SheHaven is a verified, women-only space. Every member goes through our personal verification process. This is not a public platform, it is a closed sisterhood.

How do I add friends?

SheHaven uses QR codes only. You scan each other's QR code in person, which means every connection is a real one. No random requests, no strangers sliding in and you can cut connections very easily.

What is a sister group?

Sister groups are private spaces created and moderated by Pro members. Think of them as your own little corner of SheHaven, a group chat and community for your circle. Basic members can join groups they've been invited to by a Pro sister.

What is a Shield and Vibe rating?

Every venue on SheHaven is rated two ways by our sisters. The Shield rating tells you how safe a sister felt, 1 means uneasy, 5 means truly looked after. The Vibe rating tells you how much fun she had, 1 is a bit flat, 5 is pure sister magic. Together they give you a honest picture before you walk through the door.

Yes, SheHaven Basic is completely free. You can browse the map, rate venues, raise Sister Signals, and add friends via QR at no cost. SheHaven Pro unlocks the full experience including sister groups, events, unlimited reviews and more.

What does Pro include and how much is it?

Pro is £4.99 a month or £49.99 a year, saving you 17%. It includes everything in Basic plus creating your own sister groups, hosting events and meet-ups, unlimited reviews, liking other sisters' reviews, and seeing friends' bios and photos on the map. Prices could change but for now enjoy :)

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no drama. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How long does verification take?

We aim to verify every new sister within 24 hours. During busy periods it may take a little longer but we'll always let you know. Your patience helps us keep SheHaven safe for everyone.

What happens during my 7 day free trial?

You get full Pro access from day one of your trial no charge until day 7. You can cancel anytime before then and you won't pay a penny. We'll send you a reminder before your trial ends so there are no surprises.
